📦 When will my order be shipped?
We dispatch all orders within 1–4 business days from the date your order is placed.
During new drops, sales, or busy periods, processing times may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
🚚 How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and your shipping label has been created, you'll receive a tracking email with all the details you need to follow your parcel's journey.
If you can't find your tracking email, check your junk or spam folder first.
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet. At the moment, Cloud Poppy ships within Australia only.
We're a small business and are currently focused on providing the best possible experience for our Australian customers. International shipping is something we'd love to offer in the future, so stay tuned! ☁️💖

Our oversized hoodies are designed to be exactly that — oversized!
They feature a relaxed, roomy fit for maximum comfort and style.
If your child prefers a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.
For the full oversized vibe, stick with their usual size.
