We hope you absolutely love your Cloud Poppy purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided your item is in its original condition.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unused

• In their original condition with all tags attached

Please note that one return or exchange is permitted per item.

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy!

Simply submit a request through our returns portal and select your preferred shipping option from the available courier services.

Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Returns lodged within 14 days of delivery may be eligible for:

• Store Credit

• Exchange for another size or style (subject to availability)

All returned items must meet our return conditions before a credit or exchange can be processed.

Return Conditions

To keep things fair for everyone, returned items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Have all original tags, labels, and packaging attached and intact, exactly as received

• Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or damage

• Not have been altered in any way

Please note that items returned with removed, damaged, or missing tags, labels, or packaging may not be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.

Because every Cloud Poppy piece is packed with love, we kindly ask that returns are sent back in the same condition they arrived. ☁️💕

Processing Your Return

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll process it within 1–2 business days.

During sale periods, product launches, or busy seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed.
