Processing Your Order

Every Cloud Poppy order is packed with care and dispatched within 1–4 business days from the time your order is placed.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or Australian public holidays.

Shipping Options

Need your order sooner? Select items may be eligible for Express Shipping for an additional charge.

If Express Shipping is available for your order, you'll see the option at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and is ready to head your way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

This allows you to follow your Cloud Poppy parcel every step of the journey.

International Orders

All prices on the Cloud Poppy website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

For our international customers, please note that orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges once they arrive in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
